Playing with the Littler family in Bridgeport since last night. I have installed almost all of the "fixed" worlds by ellacharm3d over at MTS.

Have you got any iced tea or lemonade? Gin and tonic? Nevermind. A bit early for that. Unusually hot for here. I'm sure MrsFlynn would agree. I have a grocery box delivered the other day and I've been putting off cooking but I had no choice today because I had to at least cook the meat. All the recipes call for heating my oven to 425. Ugh! I should have done it on Tues/Wed.

I'll bring cookies if someone serves cold drinks. Even ice water. I feel like the Wicked Witch of the West .... I'm meltingggg.

Alien abduction. My sim has just been abducted. I've never had that happen before.

Yes it's getting way warm here. I'm hearing something about a heat record for our area. They're saying the heat source moved in or is moving in and going to sit at the top of the state for the next few days or so. Making it nasty hot.

Sitting in the cross breeze of a couple of fans drinking ice water is helping.

I found the alien abductions cute at first and there have been times that I see the alien,  quickly pause and use add to family. By default all aliens can have are alien babies or at least that's been my experience. I've never had an alien have a human baby.

My sim doesn't want any babies, human or alien. He's just starting his chef career and he doesn't need to be a single dad. :O

Definitely a heat record here and worse to come. Just heard on the radio that it's so hot the cows are giving evaporated milk.

I haven't even looked at the updated weather info for today. I actually did look earlier this morning and they're reporting 110. Definitely a heat record.

I remember one summer being in Seattle and it was brutally hot. It seemed cooler in Vancouver but we're not that much further north. I'm outside of Vancouver in the Fraser Valley and it's pretty stinky hot here. I've just had an invite out to an air conditioned house. I might not want to come home.
