The original colors of the house are a light grey and white.

Thanks for the suggestion of cream. I'll try that. :)

Work in progress photo!! I'm liking what's coming of it so far!! :)

The inside looks the same. All I did was renovate the outside. (Outside is complete now) The photo above was in-progress.

I'm going to furnish it with some basics and then move my family in with their furnishings.

The front door is Base Game and is called Lucky Door §225.

The paneling is also Base Game and is called:

Barn Wall with Pilaster Left Side = §7
Barn Wall with Pilaster Right Side = §7
Flat Wall (main panel used) = §8
Double Panel Barn Wall (used up in the eves) = §6

Ok. I've gone and loaded myself up with CC again so I didn't recognize it right away. I need to do something about organizing it.
I started a new Riverview save and bulldozed a couple of the houses where I was having the terrain bleed issues. I didn't bulldoze the lot itself because it seems that's what causes the problem. I placed a couple of my houses and so far, so good. The only lot I bulldozed completely was Cottoneye's lot where I want my mill and I needed 64x64 on that one. So far the bleed is not showing up in edit mode but I don't recall that it did on my original save. I only noticed it when I sent my sim to town and it showed up in live mode. I'll have to test it later but right now I just *have* to go and get my hair cut before I do another thing.

I have my custom content somewhat organized in a folder outside of my Sims 3 folder.

Something else that might help is to try not to go into live mode in your build RV save file.  Take a copy of that save and use that to test out things in live mode.

It may not fully prevent terrain bleed, but it should help. :)

I'm back. Can't get my hair cut until 2:00.
That's a good plan about saving separately to test live mode.
Redoing RV (again) is going to be a tedious process, but every time I make a change, I'll test it to see what's happening.

Great idea!! That's what I do when I build houses and community lots, specially if I'm not familiar with how something might work or I want to check routing. :)
