Did you try MOO? When I tried to place a tree on my my mill lot it gave the slope message. I used MOO and it placed fine.

I was able to place the 1st grow station normally, but with the 2nd grow station I had to use moveobjects on to place it.

I've had to use the imported terrain offset cheat a few times. I had to work out the right value for the art studio. I haven't even turned on sims today. I left here at about 8:00 a.m. and didn't get home until after 3:00. We went to a bird sanctuary and all that walking in the fresh air has knocked me out.

My family's current lot doesn't actually slope that bad.

The few times I've tried that cheat it didn't work well for me. It would either make the lot sink or goes too high regardless if I tried a positive or negative number. I gave up on trying to work with that cheat as it was getting too frustrating.

It took quite a few tries before I got it right with the art studio. With my new save I was actually able to get it closer to the road than before.

What did you guys do in your game today? lol

I tried to -not- fertilize my harvestables at all after planting them... That lasted about a day, maybe two... Then seeing very little growth I was like nope can't do it... need to fertilize my plants!! I'm hoping by fertilizing my plants I'll see more growth and more better quality produce.

I didn't do much. I'm off on another tangent instead of working with what I've got. Up next to where Crusty's Crab Shack is, I'm trying to build a little shopping area and my imagination seems to have taken a little vacation because it wasn't going well. I'll probably abandon it for now and focus on rebuilding Riverview because I still have to replace my houses. So far I'm not seeing any terrain paint bleeds, so that's good.

It's gloomy and raining today so it seems like a good day for Simming.

We only had a gloomy morning. The sun came out rather strong mid-morning. It's turned out to be a pretty nice day!!

I wasn't pleased with the remodel I did for my current family, so I re-did the remodel. lol And am now much happier with the results.



I ended up tweaking the kitchen a little, removing one of the bathrooms on the main floor to make more room for the livingroom and adding a side porch.

I didn't really do much to the 2nd floor yet. House has a basement, but there's nothing down there yet.
