Nothing is worse than having so much CC that when you d/l something new it takes hours to find it. >:(

I've been playing Hokko Life. Errm... Should I say learning how to play it and taking notes. I've been playing it off and on for a couple of weeks now.

Assist please?

I downloaded something from TSR that I have used successfully before in a game before I lost everything and have had to start over. But when I d/l it this time, it won't load and I'm not sure why. When I "show file" in the Launcher on anything other objects, it takes me to the d/l page but when when I do the same for this d/l, this is what I get.

Just to be clear, I deleted and re d/l this a few times and it won't d/l. I picked up a couple of other things at the same time and they showed up where they were supposed to.

Has anyone encountered this before?

I'm not sure what the photo is referring to. When I download something from TSR I save it to my desktop and then unzip it from there and move it into my mods folder if it's a .package file and if it's a Sims3Pack file I use S3Pack Extracter from Delphy to make it into a .package file.

Is this happening with just one file from TSR or multiple?  If you've got a link to one or more of the files you're trying to download I can try downloading one or two of them to see what my experience is.

  ----

Looking a little closer at the photo, it's referring to when clicking on Show File in the Downloads tab of the launcher, it opens up File Explorer.  When this happens it seems like the file hasn't installed correctly and may not show up in-game.

Reading the news is depressing more often than not. And I'm sleepy and bored right now (11 AM). Also, had too many cookies last night. Think I'll go for a walk, as it stopped raining a little while ago.

*yawn - sip - going*

Have a nice day, y'all <3

I hear you about the news. I avoid it as much as possible. Kind of like an ostrich...keeping my head in the sand. It gives me anxiety. And rain!!! Rain, and more rain. It starts out surprisingly nice for about an hour in the morning, next thing you know, it's pouring.

I went out for dinner with a friend the other evening and he offered to pick me up but since the restaurant is only about a block away I was going to walk. But it was pouring. Of course it had stopped by the time he picked me up. We were sitting on the outside patio (heaters, closed in, and much quieter), and the sun actually came out. When I got home and turned my computer, Facebook was flooded with pictures of a glorious double rainbow. It would have been behind us so I wouldn't have seen it, but I got a picture of a very interesting sky. The sparkles are reflections of the light on the plastic enclosure and not on the trees. Literally like day and night.

The other day after a heavy rain, it had cleared up and the sun was shining on the trees which were literally twinkling with the sun shining on the raindrops. I tried to get a picture but I was looking directly into the sun so I didn't bother.

That's very pretty. I don't mind rain. A native American once said that there is no such thing as bad weather, only being poorly dressed. I love wisdom like that. It's so cozy to be inside when it's raining - an excuse to drink something hot and be wrapped in a blanket with a good book or film :)

We get so much of it that usually by March we have webbed feet and I really need light or I fail to bloom. :D

I also really need to be in the Caribbean about now. I usually am somewhere warm for a few weeks between now and May. Thanks Covid. :(
I got my 3rd shot yesterday.

I try avoid watching or reading the news as it causes a lot of anxiety for me as well.

That's a cute photo. If you look at just the thumbnail, it looks like there's white lights on the tree. lol

I don't mind the rain either. I like it's calming sounds.

My friend who is a bit of a photographer thought I should go outside, but I liked the "special effects" look of the light reflecting on the plastic. It really does look like the trees are lit up.
