I didn't think to get pictures, but I will keep an eye out. I also found another 4th generation child while I was at it.

I haven't been taking many photos in my game lately. And the few I did I accidentally deleted as I was cleaning out my Sims 3 folder.  The photos were of my Sim catching butterflies at the Summer Festival of course. lol

I don't know what it is about the Summer and Spring festivals, but they are a lot of fun to play.

I'm such an oaf...disabling Seasons and losing the alien genetics in town. Back to a previous save...way back. Upstairs is not quite attuned to playing again, but I'm warming up, finally.

I thought I was the only one who did things like that. Having to restore everything is such a pain.

Hopefully you didn't loose too much progress, Nindigo.  I never thought about if disabling the Season ep it would delete the aliens in town. But I haven't played with aliens in quite some time.

I decided to play the game today but instead I got stuck on trying to complete a house that I started a few weeks ago and have been struggling with. I'm trying to recreate on of my real life houses which, as usual, is impeded by game constraints. Why do I do this to myself? LOL

Well, I was lucky - adding Seasons back in restored the aliens; their bug eyes revert to regular eyes when Seasons is disabled. The town is a mess though...too many Alvis. And earlier, my mods folder relocated to the bin of its own volition. This has happened once before, so I knew where to look.

I have been building some smaller houses the past few days. Feeling inspired again all of a sudden

Good to hear. I have zero plans for tomorrow so I'm planning on trying to finish my house now that I've give up on trying to make it fit within the mold I've set for it. Because I recently installed Late Night (I hadn't even looked at it until today), I plan to work on some kind of small music venue and see what I can do with my musician sim.

I'm hanging out with a favorite Sim of mine, the elderly Anna-Liza Riddle, in a fresh Twinbrook. This place is my trusty deliverer of atmospheric moments.

A teenaged Lolly Racket joined Anna-Liza for some friendly small-talk as the sun began to set.
