Ouch, lockups are the worst. I nearly just experienced one while saving my game. Sometimes it helps if I ALT+TAB out and look at something else for a bit, leaving the game running in the background.

It's cold and snowy here presently and has been for a few weeks now. Somehow the cold creeps inside the house even though the heat is on. Our windows are a bit dated and will be the first to go when we decide to do some renovation at some point. Until then, we will have to make use of our little fireplace for added warmth.

That's what I did. Thankfully it didn't crash while I was gone.

I am on the "wet" coast of Canada. We don't typically get a lot of snow very little at all this winter (so far), but lots of rain. That damp chill really can penetrate. Today is beautifully bright and sunny but we never take it for granted here. It won't last.

I know what you mean about the weather there Lapaige. I grew up in Portland, OR where it is also gray and wet. I live in MN now and although it can be bitter cold in the winter here, it is often bright and sunny. I have to say though, that clear and sunny usually means bitter cold although, it is easier to bundle up against that than the wet cold. I won't trade it though!
