Yep, It's a game mechanic that happens in all EA made towns. I'm not sure if it happens in towns/worlds made with CAW.

Aggie was in town to sell her produce as usual. I had zoomed out to collect money from the businesses she has part ownership of. Zooming back on her, she was walking away from the general store very quickly and determined. I saw Beau Andrews' portrait in the upper left corner. I moused over it and it said 'upset'. Huh? Panning the camera back to the general store. Beau was gesturing in a declining manner towards Marty Keaton on the bench. Aha! I happen to know that Marty swings both ways, and he had just attempted to flirt with Beau. Aggie now has the 'witnessed betrayal' moodlet. Victoria is her very dear friend. But even though Beau rejected Marty's flirt, the game finds him guilty of infidelity. Lol.

About Marty swinging both ways. I will never forget that time where I was playing Leighton. On the evening of Marty's son's birth no less, he chose to visit Leighton and invite him to cuddle. I thought it was SO outrages

I've played EA worlds a lot and it's never happened. I do see msgs from time to time though about the ghost hunter. Maybe that's it. Maybe I just haven't played the right houses, lol

Yep, those painting opportunities can pay out some big money. Specially if you're painting a whole bunch of paintings.

Okay. Hmm, I have built on a 64x64 lot since I couldn't find any 60x60 in MF. But I have started to build the house on the intended lot in SV a couple of days ago that I could resume. Or, now that the Master himself have posted really good piccies, you could challenge yourself to build it from scratch?
