Description:Dee (deedee_828) showed me a house plan
Click here for photos that she wanted me to try to recreate. I don't do well with creating houses just like they're planned out or pictured, so I took inspiration from it, and this is what I came up with.
I am very pleased with how it turned out and I hope you are too!!

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
