How To: Upload a House or Lot to the Media Room Board

See this post here to see a how to on saving a house or community lot to the library or to export the file.


1. Go to the childboard linked below that you want to upload your file to.

  – Houses
  – Community Lots
 
  – Please do not share Save files, unless you ask permission. Some Save files can be too large to share on the Tacky Forum.

2. Create a New Topic about your lot. (Click the New Topic Button on the right top - just above the message index)

3. Share the required details about your house or lot.

For houses, the details are:

* Name:
* Bds/Ba:
* Price On Lot:
* Lot size:

– Use items from Expansions or Stuff Packs (Yes or No)

    -----

For Community Lots, the details are:

* Name:
* Price On Lot:
* Lot size:
- Lot Type:  (example: Visitors Allowed)

– Use items from Expansions or Stuff Packs (Yes or No)

If you've added store items and/or custom content it would be very nice to have those items listed. That way nothing is missing when players go to install the lot into their game.

4. Share some photos of the house or lot, if you'd like. (The link below can help with sharing photos.)

5. Go down under your post where you see the word Attach.



Click the Browse button and browse to find your file you want to attach. Select it, and click Open. The file should now be attached and will be added to your post as a downloadable file.
