Velocitygrass - Add Any Lot Size

It's a mod that you place in your mods folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods
In-game you open up the cheat console and type testingcheatsenabled on and then for example you want a lot size of 30x40 you would type in:
AddLotSize 30 40
velocitygrass_AddAnyLotSize.package
-- Allows you to create your own custom sized lot. (AddLotSize 32 29)
I hadn't actually created a how-to for this, but I did mention in the Suggested Mod List thread -
