Description:I liked the house so much and found it big enough to be perfect for me to try making it into an "apartment". More so a house with shared living spaces. Think of it as a BNB I suppose. Though the NPC Sims do have a couple of rooms on the 2nd floor, and 10 rooms to themselves in the basement.
This apartment house is setup with rooms that have 3 full sized beds. 2 rooms with bunkbeds, a nursery, an office/sitting room, family room w/ enclosed-deck for your gardening Sims to grow produce. You'll need to supply the grow pots, or ItF rugs to plant the produce in or on. - The enclosed deck is included in your Sims personal space.
It has items from various expansions and stuff packs. No Custom Content or Store Items.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
