Description:I was inspired to create this home when play-testing a world made in CAW by a fellow Sims 3 player. It's a 1-story 2Bds2Ba home with an open, unfinished basement, "greenhouse" and a few garden beds with harvestable plants of Great quality and above.
The name Emerald came to me when as I was building it. Even though it doesn't have anything to do with the gem or the color Green. lol I was going to shorten the name, but decided against it, cause the name Emerald just stuck with me.
I am sharing 5+ versions of this house. 3+ furnished and 1 unfurnished.
