Love it! Can they get to the second floor with those railings there? If not, you may need to remove them at least on the side they step onto. Same for the attic. If I recall, sims step to the side when getting off the ladder. Zoi in the InZoi game step forward, which confused me for awhile. I couldn't figure out why they couldn't use the ladder in one of my builds, then realized they'd be stepping into a wall.

Fixed the railings. I'd never used ladders before so I wasn't aware they stepped off to the side. That makes more sense even in real life. Duh...
