It's a huge house. :(. I'm going to have to put my sims to work just to pay the bills. I gave him the LTW of Jack of all trades and his first employment is in law enforcement.

Reaching level 5 of any basegame career should pretty much be a piece of cake. You could settle for a small house and just enjoy the extra outdoor space or design some botanical wonder.

I too was going to mention you could create a smaller house for the family. Make a nursery on the main floor for any toddlers they have or may have. Easier to take care of toddlers that way. By default they can't go upstairs by themselves.

Then if you still want them to have a large 60x60 lot you'll have more room to make outdoor spaces.

Besides, with 5 kids, they need a big house. They have enough trouble in a big house as it is.  :o
