Tree/bush/flower size?

I find myself struggling a bit to place several of the same size, because the game inherently creates them of different sizes (for realism's sake, I suppose). Is the only solution to just wait until one appears of similar size to the first (or whatever size is prefered) one placed, or can I somehow control the size before placing them?

That's a pet peeve of mine as well. I just place a bunch offside and pick out the ones I'm going to use and delete the rest.

Okay. So, that's what I have to keep doing too then. I wonder if resizing works for plants...

It's my understanding that you cannot resize the plants/trees/bushes.

Er...no. I remembered incorrectly. You can in The Sims 4 which is where I remembered it from. My sincere apology
