Thank you for the house file!!  I like the idea of moving the boathouse a little closer in-land. If you find you like the fixed version better you can offer it for consideration for Cape Albacore?

Okay, I think this will work now. Let me know if it does. I think the first time I just created a zip file folder instead of using the "compress file" on the actual file.

I actually did that the other day = created a zip file folder instead of compressed the file. I went to unzip the file and was like wait a minute what happened. lol

Oooh Thank you for sharing your new chapter too!!  I was wonder if I had missed something. hehehe

I love the house!!  The dinosaur up on the wall in the upstairs room startled me a bit, but thought it was a great addition!!

I don't think I was ever able to get my Sims to a party unless they were the ones thorowing it. Every time I went to the party I was refused entry or, as you said, weren't home. A strange glitch.
