I didn't think they were holding contests and such for Sims 3 anymore. That's kind of too bad. There seems to be a lot of players still playing Sims 3.

I'm discovering there's a whole other S3 community out there. I just found this, for example - https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/994388/disney-magic-kingdom-collaboration-new-builds-available - and it's current. I'm so tempted to d/l the empty world.
Thanks to MissyZim (TSR) I was introduced to a Facebook build site. It's not very active but interesting all the same. Up until a few months ago they had build challenges like the Sears kit houses.

I downloaded the TSR Workshop app the other day but couldn't make it work so I deleted it again. Looks like some of the programming needed might be beyond my brain power these days.

I'm off for a walk this morning then it's Birthday Cake day (once a month we celebrate that month's birthdays). I'm trying to restructure my days so that I don't spend the entire day sitting on the couch.

Like Nindigo said that's just another board of the Official Sims forum. It's got boards for both Sims 3 and 4 on there.

To clarify Nindigo and I were talking about TSR. Not the official Sims forum.

I have seen a little bit of the world they are collaborating on over at the official forum.  Though I didn't know they had an empty version.

Yes, I'm aware you were talking about TSR. It was Missyzim from TSR who indirectly pointed me towards the Disney collaboration when she posted about another town build on the FB Sims build page.

I was just making the point that I had no idea there was still so much S3 activity. I'm very impressed with artistry and creativity.

I'm here.  I want to move my family to Appaloosa Plains to play with the The Lexington Festival Grounds I edited for Nindigo awhile back.

She says it's nice to play with and it does look inviting. My dilemma is I'm working towards a writing goal with Trent. Write like 25 books or something like that. He's written 15 so far. I can't remember how many reward points he'll get for it. I'll be looking into that. That might help me make my decision.

Nope, not alone.

Looked at both Trent's and Aria's wishes and feel they aren't worth trying for them before moving to Appaloosa Plains. So I'll be packing them up and moving.

Most likely save em and their house to the Library. Start a new save with them instead of moving them in-game. It just makes me feel better to start a new game with them.
