Description:I don't really have much of a description for this house build other than wanting to offer Dee some smaller houses for extended family to live in and this is one of those builds.
You get both the furnished and unfurnished builds in the zip file.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
