Description:I was inspired by the Column Cottage house to build this house. The original house was a wee-bit small and of course I wanted a basement in the house. So I scribbled out the floorplan and came up with this. I absolutely loved the garden in the original lot, so I tried to recreate it the best I could. I really like how it turned out, especially the garden and roofline.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
