I'm not sure what they are celebrating but they are sure happy about something.

I managed to get them seated and having dinner at the same time. *throwing confetti*

Watching the shopping channel.

A second ago she was mad at him about something. :D This is as good a way as any to work it out. :D

First day in their new life and they're still getting to know each other. I think I'll put in some gardens for him to putter around with and I'm going to build a little "cat" house since she's planning on enjoying her LTW of being a cat herder. No cats yet though.

Thanks. I tried to keep it a little bit vintage without going way-back. Big oops. The plant in the middle of Mavis's bedroom floor wasn't supposed to be there. :D

Remember that you can make ½ tiles by holding down, I believe, CTRL while pressing the F key. In case you want less linoleum in the kitchen.

The Mavis's have a nice home, I must say :)

Thank you. I like it a lot too.
That whole area of the kitchen/dining was tile at one point and the fridge was on the other side but I didn't like the way it looked with the walls were down so I moved it to where it is showing now and removed that piece of wall. Because I put the bookcase on that wall, I'm going to move the fridge back to where it was because the book case will cover it and then I'll remove that strip of tile altogether. It's still a work in progress. I realized one glaring detail (other than the plant in the middle of the bedroom floor). This house doesn't have a front porch. All my other houses have. It's kind of my signature style. I'll have to see about fixing that. The bit of overhang by the front door doesn't count. :D
