Description:Lapaige presented a house building challenge with
this photo of the house. I took inspiration from that photo and created this house.
While it doesn't quite look like the photo Lapaige shared I have come to really love how the house turned out.
It's a home that has a lot of room to grow. But small enough that it still has a little room left on it's original lot to have a couple-few garden plots. lol
Build 2 is a copy of the original, with only the outside remodeled. I've remodeled it for my current family (B2a) and is somewhat furnished.
The University Window and Fence are in .package file format. Specially useful if you don't have University installed, but still love to play with it's build objects. These package files are to be placed in the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder.
The University windows and fence and roof decor will need to be replaced if you don't install the package files.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
