Glad you enjoy yourself, Lapaige. :)

Brittany and Martin enjoyed themselves at the Toadstool hangout:

Brittany warming her butt.

Martin trying his hand at the wack-a-gnome game that I love in this game.

I have a bug in this save (surprise). The school bus arrives to pick Brittany up for school, but it doesn't take her home. She is just left standing around on the school's perimeter, until I direct her home. I have tried moving them into a different house and back. Although I didn't check if the bus would act normally, while they stayed at the other lot. I will test it now.

Brittany warming her butt reminds me of some of the elders in here when we're down in the lounge. The first thing they do is turn on the fireplace. They sit close when the rest of us are at the other end of the room. :D

*Giggle-snort*

Well, after moving the Bertigers, little Brittany lost her A in school and went back to a C. I'm so sorry, Brittany.

Hmm, maybe it happened because I bulldozed the school lot and placed down a copy of the school building. I did it because you never know what could be causing a bug - maybe the lot itself could. I did the same thing with their house. Right now, they are in a different house and I wonder if the school bus will show up to take her home now...

Another odd thing I have discovered: Vampires usually can raid a hospital for blood. But because Moonlight Falls uses combined venues, Martin cannot raid it. However, he can raid the grocery store (which is also a combined venue with the local diner). I don't know what vampires hope to find there, because plasma juice can just be grabbed from any normal fridge.

Update
The school bus did not show up to take Brittany home to her new house either. This is a mystery!

Hmm.. Isn't the school a combo building in Moonlight Falls?  I've read they can cause a lot of issues in the game. Not sure how to really fix that. I've read and experienced replacing rabbitholes don't always fix the issue. Whatever the issue might be.

Theresa Lucas...a hot-headed, inappropriate, genius child and scout. Her doting mother, Doris Lucas, is giving her and her older brother, Finn Lucas, everything they could possibly need with little concern for herself.

Finn is working part-time at bookstore after school

Finn's live-in girlfriend, Christa, is working part-time as a spa receptionist after school

I've decided to carry on the daycare challenge with Doris since things seem to be going well and glitch-free for her so far. After three workdays with a 'great' score, she is now at level 2; a Cool Caregiver.

Doris looking very pleased with the current situation and yes, the blocks table is the only toy for the daycare toddlers. It has 4 spots for playing as opposed to a dollhouse which only has 2. I also added a kitty-stereo to raise the general mood with some music.

Doris earned a 'great' score at the end of thursday which was her first day caring for 3 toddlers. Yay for static needs.

Finn and Christa have both earned their first promotion in their respective part-time jobs. Yay for that.

Troubled little Theresa has earned her first badge at scouts. She has also decided on a lifetime wish - chess grandmaster.

Look, mama!

That's my girl!

Lunar Lakes - The Lucas Family

Doris and the kids, including her daughter-in-law to be, enjoyed a trip to one of the public pools in their first weekend.

Love the new CC eyes on Finn ;D

Lunar Lakes at night. No lighting mod is used. The sky is pinkish and there are no stars and no, well...moon, since this -is- a moon.

Doris has found love and is now going steady with this awesome chef fella, Wayne Ahmadyar.

Mister Ahmadyar apparently knew my plan, since he gave her an amorous hug shortly after they had met. I -love- when Sims play along of their own accord.

Theresa has maxed her logic skill and is now discovering all kinds of potions with the chemistry table in the backyard.

Doris is very proud of her children. Finn has decided on a lifetime wish as well. He wants to become a Renaissance Sim, and his girlfriend Christa wants to become a Master of the Arts.

They're all loading fine for me.

This family has gotten me 'hooked' again. I'm already planning the kids' future ;D
