Description:This bar is named after one of my Sims named Bianka. It takes inspiration from Micks Master Karaoke. Though I wanted something more roomier and brighter.
After I was done playing a mixologist I switched the lot to Visitors allowed so my Sims could enjoy the bar at anytime day or night. lol!!
May.21. 2020 - Added an edited version of Binx Bar. - Binx_Bar-B2c -- I switched out the table show floor markers for the bench markers, so that the Sims could watch the show. I found that when I had the table markers, the table/chairs would disappear and Sims would stomp their feet and then leave. When I switched out the markers they stayed and enjoyed the show.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Community Lots tab.
