House Build Challenge #2 - Townsend

The more you build the more you'll get a feel for where to start the build so you're able to leave room for porches and steps. I usually count at least 2 squares to the right and left of the properly line as the game won't let you build on the 1st line on the outter edge of the property.

Then from the front I count anywhere between 4 and 6. squares or rows in to leave room for a small front yard and steps.

The build request did ask for an unfurnished home if that helps?

Exterior and interior screenshots. Victoriana is all about excess. This is certainly excessive!
I'm going to move it to a bigger lot and do some landscaping (including outhouse).

I've changed some of the back end of the house to allow for more "modern" updates.

I created a powder room next to the stairs as well as a hallway for the bedrooms for more privacy. I also wanted a mudroom by the back door and I needed a wall to accommodate a china cabinet in the dining area.

If one wanted to, they could use the dining area as a breakfast nook and create a more formal dining room in the sunroom.

Thank you. I'm modernizing it to a point but I still want it to have a bit of a vintage appeal.
