Description:I saw the gypsy wagon in the community park in a player-renovated Sunset Valley and thought what a great idea. So I took inspiration from that and made my own park complete with a fairy house and extra plants (of normal quality).

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Community Lots tab.
