Oh man... You want to know what Nraas mods I have/use? That I don't have notes on at the moment. lol!! As I recently went through my mods and deleted a few that I didn't use anymore.

I've not looked at all of the mods suggested here, but I can tell you on the "children can read skill books." It's not put together real good. If you have it, it disables ALL books in ALL interfaces of the game. That includes the bookstore, Library, and bookshelves.    I had this mod b/c I thought it would be cool to have children increase their skills, and I was wondering why I couldn't see any books anywhere. When I removed this mod, that took care of it and the books reappeared.  That's really too bad b/c most of Chaaviks stuff is good. Maybe EA put a total block on children learning skills? Just a guess.

I have to add though, that some of these mods like the faster fire engine sound great!

I also tried to d/l the "Faster Nectar Making," but it seems to be broken. I tried clicking on "repair your download," but that didn't fix anything.

Btw, seasons outside temps can be set via Nraas Tempest.

Sonshine, you're not talking about the 'No Stretch' Children can Series, right? You're talking about a different mod? It looks like you aren't, but wanted to ask to be sure.

The reason I ask is because I tested the 'No Stretch' Children can Series a few months ago and found it can do all it states. Though did notice children cannot read skill books or use the stove. They need the toy oven to bake.
