Description:A request came in for a 1750's Governor's Mansion, not quite my usual type of build, lol but wanted to give it a try. I enjoyed building the house and it gave me some ideas on possible additions I could do to the house. There maybe extra builds added to this page later.
Like I've mentioned before, I'm not good at building from floorplans and this one was particularly tricky, so I went with making sure the basics were covered.
Lapaige joined me in this build and we made a house build challenge out of it. You can read about it in
this thread.
I'd like to say a Big Thank You to both the requestor for requesting the build and Lapaige for joining me in the build challenge.
To note: The house isn't as white as it is in the screenshot. I moved the lot to a cliff-side lot so I could get better screenshots of the house.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
