Description:Lapaige inspired me to try hosting a shell build challenge, shared
here. She even helped me with the dimensions screenshots. I did the original, she did the rotated one.
I made the rule that since I was the one who came up with the shell, I could participate if I rotated the lot in a different way from what I originally shared. Where would the fun be if I couldn't participate in my own hosted challenge. lol
This time I was able to keep with the rule of - Keep the outer walls the same dimensions as what's originally in the dimensions screenshot.
My original vision for the house was a farm-like house. With the bigger baywindow being at the front of the lot. Staircase going upstairs and down into a basement level in the squared off part. With bedrooms/baths in the back, kitchen towards the middle, dining table in the smaller baywindow. Livingroom in the area of the bigger bay window.
There is custom content included with this build. Windows in the upstairs room. Ceiling Fan, Tea Pot Table Lamp, 2 Sunflowers in a Vace.
While trying to furnish/decorate this house I had some trouble with the custom content I tried to add. I did take it out so it wouldn't cause problems for anyone who downloads the house. The cc the house comes with now seems to be stable.
You get both the unfurnished and furnished home in one zip file.

Installation:The lots are in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lots can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder
