What a cute house and Sim!! I love that you did the lake right at the back of the house.

Yellow is next on the list for me too. I haven't started yet. I'm thinking maybe a small lake in front or to the side of the house and it be shared with the community, like the garden is.

I was going to do that and had left space for a market of sorts but the game was giving me so much frustration that I left it as is.

I might still do a market at some point and move all the sims in together and see what happens.

Oh wow!! I really like how you've laid out your lot!! :)

You could maybe do an "open-air" type of market where it's tables/display stands and a cash register to the side of Bea's house.

I feel like I am really behind. lol  I've still got 4 colors/homes to go, plus re-build the what's to be the community store.

The plan is to do an open air market...eventually... :)

Of course Bea just happens to be right in the center of thingss. I have a feeling she might be a bit of a busybody. Is there a trait for that? :D

We're not on any deadline to finish. :D I'm sure you have other tings to do whereas I have nothing but time on my hands.

#4 -- Yellow - Mid Century Modern

I had a floorplan in mind, but it didn't quite go as planned. I couldn't get the roofline to come out as I had hoped. I quit the game without saving. Did some searching or should I say inspiration hunting. lol along with help from Lapaige.

This is what I came up with. I renovated the garden a few days ago and added a little pond. Moved the trees so I could get a better front screenshot of the house. :)

Front:

Interior #1: (walls up)

Interior #2 (walls down)

Cute mid-century modern house! I love the stone work on the exterior.

I also wanted to share a couple of lot screenshots. Lapaige shared hers and I thought it was a great idea!! :)
