Description:I'm sharing both B1 and B2, as there's a little story behind the build.
This house was built in Barnacle Bay. I found a 30x30 lot that had the ships wheel mailbox, bulldozed what was there and built a house. I also decorated it with some basic furnishings. That's B1
For B2 I relocated the house using the Move Lot tool, and placed it onto a 40x30 wide lot. I added onto a bedroom and bath onto the house as well as switched the kitchen and living room around. I built a little greenhouse for gardening year around. lol There's a little garden space outdoors for the trees as well.
I did use some store content in this build, which has been added to the zip file in .package format to be added to your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder.
If you already have the Simpler Times Doors and Windows from Now & Then Century Manor. Then you don't need to install the CC files.
I have also added a coffee machine, store harvestable plants and a bookshelf from the Sims 3 Store. But those aren't necessarily needed for the lot to function and look right.
In the zip file attached below you'll get both versions of the houses along with the unfurnished versions.

Installation:You can choose between a .Sims3Pack file and a .package file. Only 1 of these needs to be installed.
–- For the .Sims3Pack file, either double-click on the file to install or add it to your Sims 3\Downloads folder.

–- To use the .package file, add it to your Sims 3\Library folder.

The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
