Apparently, Mac knows the two Egyptian songs inherently, because his mother is half-Egyptian. Interesting, but I do know that the "homeland trait" is passed down from all locals of China, Egypt, and France. I just didn't expect to see my half-alien boy burst into Egyptian song while baking waffles at 3:30 AM...would any? And yes, he is in his formal. He is insane.
Having taken a longer break from Simming, I've missed Miraj in particular the last few days, so I'm playing the family right now. Gave him a Young Again potion from the Lifetime Happiness reward store. It's still winter in my Twinbrook.
On a more personal real life note, I'm in between visits with my GP, an otorhinolaryngologist, and getting an x-ray done of my lungs, trying to figure out why I have a sore throat and voice problems - and a cough I've developed over the past couple of months. Not feeling all that well, and I'm tired as if I've come down with something lengthy. We were both tested for Covid-19 the day before yesterday which came out negative - yay for that at least. We take extremely care, so it wasn't a surprise to us. But we had to before my GP appointment as a requirement. Wish me well, guys <3
