I need to share...
In my Bridgeport save, I now have eight Sims in my household. I have disabled autonomy and use static needs for this save, because otherwise, I don't think I could manage.
I am playing with the Littler family and have for a couple of weeks on and off. At the beginning of the game, I kicked out the cheating husband and father as well as the live-in nanny, as the two resident kids were too old for one in my humble opinion.
Things have unfolded quite a bit since then. The household now consists of the following Sims, all celebrities:
- Renee Littler, mom and just turned vampire
- Bronson, teenage son
- Deirdre, teenage daughter
and additionally...
- Wogan Hemlock, Renee's vampire fiancé
- Wogan's toddler twins, boy and girl, by his ex-wife
- Elspeth Cook, Bronson's teenage girlfriend
- Jupiter Belle, Deirdre's teenage boyfriend
I have a story going on my head like I do for all my saves. It is like a rough idea and then I let the game and my whims fill in the rest. The official story is that there is a war going on in Bridgeport between two vampire clans; Wogan Hemlock of the elder clan and Elvira Slayer, who is herself a powerful and ambitious old vampire, plotting to take over the scene.
I have always taken Elvira's side up until now. This time, I am going with Wogan. Of course, there are all sorts of intricacies and problems, because Wogan's now ex-wife is best friends forever with Elvira Slayer, and their premade toddler daughter, Belisama, is also a good friend of Elvira. Before I had Wogan break things off with his enemy wife, however, Story Progression had given them the twins mentioned above. Since they did not have any relationship with Elvira Slayer, I had Wogan bring them with him to Renee's house, where he is establishing his new powerbase.
So, as you can see, this save is a project of its own.
Besides my Alvis in Twinbrook and the Bridgeport save, I also have my growing Lunar Lake family, and also the Irwin family in Lucky Palms. Oh, and Marigold in Moonlight Falls. This is what it can be like to have an attention deficiency disorder, but I also grow attached to all these Sims too. Oh, my...
