Daycare Profession Challenge and Play-Through

Do what you can, Nindigo. No one, except the game) is scoring anyone. I seem to have a lot of stuff going on these days as well.

Debbie's days off didn't start well. She needed to get out because she was going stir-crazy and she wanted to do something fun but it was pouring rain.



She decided to go to the spa for a nice relaxing massage but the massage table wouldn't work. I'll have to figure that out but that's for a different day.

She decided to get a new wardrobe instead. The stylist on site put her into something funky and totally inappropriate for a daycare worker ... thigh high boots, mini skirt and Elton John glasses ... so she ended up styling herself. I didn't get shots of either outfit but just by looking at what the stylist is wearing...I wouldn't trust him either.



Now I'm off to build a mansion (after breakfast).

Debbie spent the rest of the afternoon at the Prism Art Studio and made a glass utensil receptacle which she was very happy with.

Wed. and Thurs. went well, great report, leveled up to Cool Care Giver and got some cute screenshots of two of the tots playing in the playpen.

I still have the work on Fridays mod installed and hoping it works, if not I'll make note of it and take it out. -- It does work.

I didn't even get to mine today. Too much other stuff going on.

No biggie, I understand. I'll most likely be play-testing this career for awhile. lol

Last work week went fairly well. Got great reports and then I come to the current week and got the "On the Clock: bug. Grr!!  In testing I made a backup of both the family and their house separately.

After taking a few real-life hours to troubleshoot, I was able to fix it by evict family, bulldoze home, replace home and replace family.  = This works and got workday notice a little after 9am.

I made note of this and sharing the tip.  I'm hoping we can gather some tips and then put them in the 2nd post of this thread once we learn a little more about it. It would be great to have tips and tricks for this career in one spot, kind of like what we did for the Architectural Design and Private Investigator.

Alrighty, made it through Tues.. The day after being promoted to Daycare Dynamo with 4 toddlers. That was quite an experience. Not sure how else to put that.

I think I'm good after one day of playing 4 toddlers. Saved and quit the game. lol. We'll play some more tomorrow.
